Where is my PDF?
After confirmed payment, return to the store’s download page and select Download. Save both the PDF and that page’s link. Downloads are not currently sent automatically by email. If you closed the page, email us with your order reference.
Will I receive something in the mail?
No. Every product is a digital PDF. Download and print it yourself; no physical materials are shipped.
My PDF won’t open. What should I try?
Download the file completely and open it in a PDF reader. If the file is incomplete, try downloading it again. If it still does not open, email us with the resource name and order reference.
