PRIVACY & COOKIES

Your privacy, plainly explained.

What this store records, why it needs it, and how to reach us with questions.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Order records and downloads

The store records the PayPal order identifier, purchased resources, total, payment environment, payment status, time of order creation, and a private download-access token. These records allow us to confirm payment, deliver your PDF, and help resolve purchase problems.

The store does not ask for or store your payment card details or PayPal account password. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy policy. The store owner may see additional payer information through their PayPal merchant account.

Shopping bag interest and coupons

A random browser identifier in local storage helps count browsers that add each resource to their bag. Only a server-keyed hash, resource identifier, and first-addition time are stored in these analytics records; no name, email, or raw IP address is stored with the addition. Re-adding the same resource from the same browser does not increase its count. Clearing storage or using another browser or domain can count again. This measures historical interest, not the contents of current bags. Coupon codes, original order totals, savings, and redemption reservations are stored to calculate discounts and enforce usage limits. Coupon checks are rate-limited using a server-keyed hash of technical request information.

Community reviews

When you submit a review, your display name, star rating, optional comment, and submission date are public. Reviews are open to visitors; purchases are not verified. A random reviewer cookie lasts up to one year and allows a later submission in the same browser to update your review for that resource. A server-keyed hash links that browser to each review; the raw cookie is not stored in the review record. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can create another review. Submission attempts are rate-limited using a server-keyed hash of technical request information; raw IP addresses are not stored in these records. The owner can remove spam and abusive reviews. Contact support to request removal of your review.

Support emails

If you contact everythingforeducation3@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any order details you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and resolve the issue. Support email is handled through Gmail. Please do not send sensitive credentials.

Cookies and local storage

  • Shopping bag: the selected resource identifiers are stored in your browser’s local storage so the bag can survive a reload.
  • Visits: no analytics session cookie is required for the current IP-based visit counter. The former visit cookie is cleared on your next storefront tracking request.
  • Store manager session: an HttpOnly cookie keeps the owner signed in to the administration area for up to eight hours. After email-and-password sign-in is configured, session tokens are stored only as hashes on the server.

You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may clear your bag or sign you out of the studio. PayPal and the hosting platform may use their own cookies when you use their services.

Administrator account security

The owner’s private sign-in email and a salted password hash are stored to protect administration access. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited using a server-keyed hash of technical request information, including the request IP address when supplied by the hosting platform; raw IP addresses are not stored in these rate-limit records. Changing the email and password invalidates other administration sessions. This sign-in email is separate from the public support address.

Store statistics

Our page-view events store a random event identifier and timestamp. To count visits, the server uses the IP address supplied by the hosting provider to compute a keyed HMAC hash. The raw IP is not stored. A hash and last-counted timestamp prevent the same IP from adding another visit until 24 hours have elapsed. Visit events store a random identifier and timestamp. These statistics do not store your name, email or payment details. Signed-in store manager traffic and identified automated clients are excluded. Statistics help the owner understand views, visits, orders, and sales.

An IP is not a verified person: people sharing a network may count as one visit, and changing networks may count again. Missing provider IP information does not add a visit. IP-based counting starts with this update; previous session counts cannot be recalculated because raw IP addresses were not retained. No advertising tracking pixels are installed by this store.

Service providers and technical requests

The website uses Sites hosting and server storage to deliver pages, files, and order records. Hosting and payment providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, as part of operating and securing their services. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which makes requests from your browser to Google’s servers.

PayPal processes payments, Gmail handles support messages, and the hosting platform processes website requests. These services may process information in countries other than your own and have their own privacy practices.

Storage and your requests

Order and support records are kept as needed to provide downloads, respond to problems, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Anonymous traffic events remain in store storage until removed by the owner. Merchant API credentials are encrypted on the server and are not returned to the dashboard after saving.

For questions or requests about information connected with your purchase or support emails, contact everythingforeducation3@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate the record. Some records may need to be retained for transaction or legal reasons.
